Comparative Education Service (CES)

The Comparative Education Service (CES) was established by the University of Toronto in 1967 and is Canada’s only university-based academic credential assessment agency. Providing over 50 years of educational expertise, CES is trusted by employers and professional agencies throughout Canada. It can be used in some cases to obtain a licence to practice a profession, or to get certified in a particular field. In other words, an ECA Report from CES can open doors so that you can achieve your goals and reach your full potential in Canada.

PROCESSING TIME

CES will not send your assessment report to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) on your behalf, because IRCC only accepts original reports submitted directly by applicants. The processing time is five business days upon receipt of your request and payment and/or the dispatch of the ECA report.
